Lily Rose Beatrice Allen, mejor conocida como Lily Allen, nacida el 2 de mayo de 1985 en Londres, Reino Unido, es una compositora y cantante inglesa. Es hija del actor y comediante Keith Allen y de la productora de cine Alison Owen. En 2006 lanzó a la venta su disco debut Alright, Still.
Lily hizo sus primeros pinitos en la escuela cuando sólo tenía 11 años y era una niña problemática. A los 15 años dejó la escuela y se fue a Ibiza, donde trabajó en una tienda de discos y en el negocio del éxtasis, una droga de diseño.
En 2005 Lily Allen se hizo una cuenta en myspace, y comenzó a atraer a internautas. Esto llamó la atención de los medios especializados, y por fin el 24 de abril de 2006 se puso a la venta en una edición limitada de 500 discos de vinilo su primer single,
LDN (LDN significa Londres).
Le siguió el 19 de junio de 2006 el temaSmile (‘Sonreir’), que permaneció durante dos semanas en el nº1, y su álbum debut Alright, Still (Bien, todavía) alcanzó el nº2 en las listas de ventas. LDN fue relanzado como single el 25 de Septiembre de 2006.
Actualmente Lily Allen presenta un programa de televisión en el canal británico BBC Three, Lily Allen and her friends (Lily Allen y sus amigos).
