Con apenas 29 años, el músico nacido como Jay Lindsey acumula proyectos, bandas paralelas y álbumes en solitario como para dejar sin aliento. En 1998 se estrenó con The Reatards y, después de fundar bandas como The Lost Sounds y participar en proyectos como Angry Angles, Terror Visions, Bad Times y The Final Solutions, se estrenó en solitario en 2006 con “Blood Visions”.
2009 ha sacado «Watch Me Fall».
A parte, ha publicado, con una gran acogida por parte de la critica, «Singles 2006-2007» y «Matador Singles’08».
Es interesante tambien los Splits Ep, publicados con Deerhunter «Fluorescent Grey / Oh, It’s Such a Shame» en 2008 y con Sonic Youth «Hang Them All / No Garage» en 2009
