Es una banda de rock indie de Champaign, Illinois. La banda se formó tras la disolución de Absinthe Blind, cuando los miembros Erin Fein, Seth Fein y Brett Sanderson formaron una banda llamada Orphans. Fue entonces cuando Tristan Wraight empezó a escribir canciones con Fein y así formaron Headlights.
