Harry and the Potters es una banda de indie rock procedente de Norwood, Massachusetts, pionera del movimiento «wizard rock». Se creó en 2002 y sus componentes son los hermanos Joe y Paul DeGeorge.
La banda está inspirada en la serie de libros de Harry Potter, de J.K. Rowling. La música que hacen Harry and the Potters es indie rock sencillo y sin pretensiones, con letras basadas en los libros de Harry Potter, generalmente desde el punto de vista del protagonista de la saga, Harry.
Después de que Harry and the Potters crearan el concepto de wizard rock surgieron muchas bandas que también se inspiraron en la obra de J.K. Rowling. Harry and the Potters comenzaron tocando en convenciones de fans de Harry Potter y, más tarde, en bibliotecas, sitio en el que Joe y Paul se sienten especialmente a gusto.
