Artificial was their masterpiece album. There have been occasional stand out tracks since then, but as a whole the calibre of songs, production qualities, and tone of songs flowing from one into the next on Artificial are just their best and some of the finest in the history of industrial. Some may dismiss is as just psytrance derivative, but that album was almost single-handedly responsible for introducing trance leads and themes into modern industrial. Along with Suicide Commando's album Mindstrip, it pretty much defined what would become modern Aggrotech. It's a shame that fans of both acts have largely been complacent and not held them to the high standards of performance that were displayed on those two albums.

The Source isn't going to be topped, the viscera album was, in my opinion...

It looks like they are going to have a hard time ever topping "the Source' and Viscera in General.

While I admit never being a huge fan of this act seeing them live is better than you'd expect. The first time I had witnessed a performance by God Module was in 2001 when they were still in their "who are we?" phase. That being said, even back then they had their shit together and could bang out a solid tune. The new material is ballsy and punchy (ball punching?) just as it ever was. The spooky thing, well.. everyone needs a gimmick (it sells well). Being drunk also helps.

The Triptych Tour is a MUST ATTEND. Jasyn was hilarious, they put on a brutal show, and everything was flashier than I thought it could get! Clint was awesome too, working so hard to put on a great show giving 110% more than the last, and Courtney has a great voice!

It still has poor musical ideas, zero emotional flow and oozes ridiculous spooky vibes.

This group are amazing. The new album pales in comparison to past works, but, as previously stated, it still has the typical God Module sound and dark atmosphere. All in all, I can't complain. I like it.

'Horror' music is good, but 'Omg I want to rip my face off' music is good too. Xentrifuge, Psyclon Nine and Panic Lift are such bands. Anyway, still not hooked on the new album...

New album is really awesome, but I'm someone that has enjoyed all of your albums as they always have a different feeling that you always make work. Even let's go dark was good as it gave off the more campy horror feel which is great and I think alot of people overlook or simply just don't appreciate the humor of it. At first senance wasn't hooking me say as instantly as viscera did, but after listening to it more and more since it's been out I really like it alot. Lyric wise it might be my favorite god module album left. It's still the fun god module, but the lyrics are really dark and disturbing but in a good way, but also the feeling put into the words always comes across very clealry. So many random genres in music today, I'll start another one too, you guys would totally be an empath band if empath was a genre. Well done guys you really do rock at capturing the horror mood in your music and in so many different ways. Keep up the great work and thank you for the awesome new album.

I must say that God Module's lyrics really stand out in comparison to other bands of this type/genre. for example: I admire Hocico but their lyrics (english at least, I don't understand spanish) make no sense

Not too big on the new album, none of the songs really stood out and they weren't too different from the previous releases. Kind of let down by that but I was surprised by Imperative Reaction's album (which was unexpected), kinda switched. I'll listen to it again a few times and see if my opinion changes.
