mkfs is right, the second quote is from The Naked Ape soundtrack by Jimmy Webb, the film was produced by playboy and is almost impossible to find, the record has been sampled by a lot of hip hop artist. The first part is said to be from Catch-22 but I've seen the film and didn't find it, maybe is from the short film with the same title made in 1973 which, again, is quite rare.

Been wondering the same thing. The closest I've found for the appeasement-signal bit is in the book The Naked Ape (p 132 in online version). It's quite likely that the quotes some from the film version produced (and subsequently buried) by Hefner -- but good luck finding a copy!
