Now answer the questions according to the numbers:
What was the first song you ever heard by 6?
The Peel Session version of "Everybody Is Dead" was my introduction to them. It starts out like it should be the opening for a California morning news program and after two minutes it completely unravels in the best finale I've ever heard in a song.
What is your favourite album of 2?
Lost in the Former West. It's comparatively more accessible and commercial because of the way they mixed it, and that would be to its detriment if it didn't have Cathal Coughlan at his most focused, literate and jovially vituperative.
What is your favourite lyric that 5 has sung?
I can't really understand Portuguese too well…
