Peter Wilson (a.k.a Duke Special) es un cantautor nacido en Lisburn, Irlanda del Norte.
Instruido en la música y la práctica del piano desde muy pequeño, Peter logra en sus canciones un sonido personal, cálido e intimista, combinando delicadas melodías y letras dignas de un cuento de hadas. Hasta el momento ha lanzado dos LP: Adventures in Gramophone (2005) y Songs from the Deep Forest (2006).

Ha colaborado y compartido escenario con otras bandas y solistas de la escena Irlandesa, como Snow Patrol, Neil Hannon de The Divine Comedy y The Beautiful South entre otras.

OMG i love this guy! His music is absolutely amazing... Discovered him when i saw Mother Courage, and absolutely loved it! It was such a fresh take on what can be a boring play (only because it ends up being a little samey.)

Hmm....his music is pretty good but I didn't really appreciate his constant presence in Mother Courage. It just didn't fit. But then I could always do the thing that everyone else does and blame the sound engineers...
