Formados en el 2001, el cuarteto de post-rock parisino, Cyan & Benn ha creado -a traves de tres albumes- un sonido único al rock experimental del siglo XXI. Se encuentra integrado por Cyann, vocalista y percusionista; Ben, guitarra y voz; Loic, guitarra y teclados; y Charlie, percusiones y samples. Caracterizados por sus sonidos ambientales y atmosferas cinematograficas, la agrupación fue una de las beneficiadas cuando sus compatriotas M83 se convirtieron en un fenomeno mundial, logrando de esta manera que la atención internacional se fijara en la nueva escena músical de Paris. La disquera Goom (misma de M83) editó en el 2004 sus albumes Spring (originalmente del 2003) y Happy like an autumn tree y el 18 de septiembre de 2006, bajo el sello Ever, publicaron su tercera placa Sweet Beliefs de donde se desprende el EP Sunny Morning, aparecido durante el mismo año.
