Cinematic Sunrise – Goodbye Friendship, Hello Heartache
Biografía
bajo el sello de Equal Vision Records. La banda está constituida
por Craig Owens y Bradley Bell (piano), ambos respectivamente
de la banda «Chiodos», ademas de Bryan Beeler (guitarra), Marcus Vankirk
(bajo), Nick Martin (guitarra) y Dave Shapiro (batería).
Owens y Beeler han sido miembros de Cinematic Sunrise desde que ésta
fue formada en la primavera del 2005. Beeler también participó en el
grupo «Class of ‘83», el batero Dave Shapiro estuvo previamente en «Count
the Stars», y Nick Martin es parte de «Undertminded» y «Isles & Glaciers».
La banda difiere significativamente de «Chiodos» y su sonido
Post-Hardcore, tocando mas cerca de la veta del Pop-Rock y el Pop-Punk.
La banda debutó con su EP, el cual fue llamado A Coloring Storybook and
Long, el cual fue lanzado el 13 de Mayo del 2008.
Más tarde el EP fue nuevamente lanzado con 2 nuevas temas.
Recientemente la banda ha anunciado su separación y prepara una serie de 3 últimos conciertos pautados para diciembre de 2009, en California.

this is probably my favorite of all craig owens' projects/bands. his vocals doesn't sound like an electrocuted cat being steamrolled when compared to some of the other things he's done.
