Es una banda de Metalcore originarios de Sacramento, California, formada en 2003 con los integrantes originales Robert Tobin (guitarra)y Jesse Alejandrez (guitarra), Aaron Brekky (bajo), Sam Cowan (batería) y Chase Bratton (vocal); toc ando en eventos pequeños como banda de punk-metalcore. Después de que Bratton dejara la banda, la misma pasó por varios vocales en el transcurso del año.
Cowan estuvo tocando también en Heartshed y decide dejar la banda y continuar como vocal y guitarrista, que luego fue reemplazado por Julio garcia. Después de un show al Este de Sacramento Bryan LeMasters se une a la banda como vocal.
La banda lanza un EP en el 2005 llamado «A Call to Entropy», luego de un corto tiempo Brekky deja la banda y comienza the Archer Academy ,siendo luego reemplazado por Andrew Franz y más tarde por Paul Vicory.
Después de tocar para Rise Records realizan su debut en un extensiva gira en 2006, pero Bryan deja el grupo y es reemplazado por, el vocalista actual, Nick Bradwell.
Hicieron una gira con Destroy the Runner por los Estados Unidos en 2008.
la banda lanzará su terecer disco el 29 abril de 2009.
