Bring Me the Horizon (abreviado BMTH) es un grupo deathcore/metalcore de Sheffield, Inglaterra. Comenzó cuando se juntaron 5 jovenes de varias bandas difuntas de alrededor de su área local, en marzo de 2004. Sus influencias van desde Norma Jean a Cannibal Corpse.
BMTH comenzó a ganar popularidad de inmediato cuando comenzaron a dar actuaciones por Reino Unido con bandas como Zao, The Nothing, Shaped by Fate o Johnny Truant. Una gran base de fanáticos se creó con ellos. Sus conciertos se llenaban más cada vez y cada vez más ocupados, sin tiempo para otra cosa.
Adquirieron su nombre de una línea tomada de la pelicula Piratas del Caribe, en la cual el Capitán Jack Sparrow (protagonizado por Johnny Deep) grita: «Ahora… Tráigame aquel horizonte. » Después de cambiar ligeramente la línea original, de ‘esto’ a ‘el’, se hizo entonces Bring Me The Horizon el nombre oficial de la banda.
