I still don't comprehend how Coxon is not considered the best alternative rock guitar player ever. [10]

I mean I looooove Graham (for 13 even far and above this) but come on folks, better than Jo[h]nnies Marr and Greewood? Better than Santiago and Black Francis, Ranaldo and Moore, J Mascis? Or, even like, Adrian Belew? If you don't have some bullshit non-useful definition of "alternative," surely Zappa, Heads and Crimson qualify... Graham's great, but he's certainly derivative of his heroes...

I still don't comprehend how Coxon is not considered the best alternative rock guitar player ever. [4] Graham came up with one of the most catchy and brilliant riffs. Terribly underrated

I would say that Oily Water has my second favourite guitar riff, behind Nurses Whispering Verses by Cardiacs. If you like Blur you'd probably like Cardiacs, Cardiacs are 10,000 times crazier than Blur, but they both have the same southern English eccentricity to them. Look them up. Anyway, OILY WATER FTW! Blur's best song.
