Banda de Punk procedente de California formada en 1980 por futuros miembros de Social Distortion y Agent Orange. Después de su album debut en 1981se separaron para volvera reunirse en 1986 editando «Brats in Battalions» y «Balboa Fun Zone».Después de separarse de nuevo en 1989 se reunieron por su 20 aniversario en 2001 y han continuado tocando desde entonces sacando «O.C Confidential» en 2005.
Actualmente se encuentran grabando repertorio para un nuevo disco que saldrá este año.
