A Skylit Drive es una banda de post hardcore de Lodi, California. Sus miembros originales son Jordan Blake, Cory LaQuay, Kyle Simmons, Nick Miller, Brian White, Joey Wilson se conocieron mientras asistían a Lodi High School enLodi. Excepto Corey Laquay quien asistía a Franklin high en Elk Grove, California, su primer EP se llama She Watched the Sky que contiene 7 canciones de estas se realizo un video Drown the City todo esto bajo el sello dicografico Tragic Hero Records realizando varias giras… con bandas de su mismo genero musical Jordan deside realizar otro proyecto Watchout! There’s Ghosts dejando ala banda sin vocalista se rumoraba que entre Jonny Craig y Craig Mabbitt estaba el nuevo vocalista pero solo fue por un poco tiempo que estos cantate colaboraron con la banda es Michael “Jag” Jagmin ex Odd Project quien setoca vuelve el nuevo vocalista de la banda relizando el disco Wires and the Concept of Breathing el cual es alabado por su fuerte ritmo y excelentes letras de nuevo bajo el sello discografico Tragic Hero Records teniendo muchas das en E.U. A tal fue la euforia por el grupo que realizan un DVD bajo el nombre Let Go of the Wires en 2009 toman una desicion formar parte de la disquera Fearless Records donde se encuentran bandas como Alesana, A Static Lullaby, The Word Alive con el que realizar su segundo disco llamado Adelphia que saldra ala luz el 28 de abril en preventa , an salido a la luz sus dos primeros encillos de este disco Eva the Carrier, Those Cannons Could Sink A Ship tendran una gira por europa en noviembre del 2009.

This is a great band but personally I Don't like the singing although I could see how someone could like it. I wished I could sing that high but sadly I can't I'm a baritone. Also people need to stop hating and have logical conversations about what they like and dislike about music.
