One of the best covers I've ever heard. Competely reinvents the track and gives it to an entirely new audience but with great respect and insight into the deep skill of the original songwriter. One of my favorite covers. As far as covers being "better" than originals, well that's kind of a value judgement. Some people can like covers better than originals for various reasons. I find Ryan Adams's cover of Oasis's Wonderwall far more meaningful me right now than the original, and the same for this track. I also prefer Blind Passengers's version of You Spin Me Round (Like a Record) right now. "Better to me" is perhaps more accurate than "better."
