I'd rather say "kakskytkakspistepirkko" rather than "kaksikymmentäkaksipistepirkko", due to the fact that the first one is common Finnish spoken language and sounds more natural to Finns. The other one sounds way too official to me... Our spoken language is a whole new world, it varies so much from our language standards.
