Fans of the Brooklyn, New York based indie record label. Started in 2003 TSR was named "Best New Record label" in The Village Voice's Best of New York of 2004.

The Social Registry is a Brooklyn, New York based indie record label. Started in 2003 TSR was named "Best New Record label" in The Village Voice's Best of New York of 2004.

Best known for groups such as Gang Gang Dance, Blood on the Wall, Growing, & Psychic Ills the label has put out an eclectic assortment of music from an equally diverse group of artists. Throughout the existence of TSR, the label has proven their ability to add a distinctive deft touch with regards to the quality and presentation of each release.

The label also maintained a monthly 7" single series for a brief period of time. Christened The Social Club, the series included releases from artists who were not necessarily signed to the label and produced some stunning, and varied, releases from Kid Kishore, Messages, Douglas Armour, Sian Alice Group, among others.
