So is it total plays or the total number of members playing an artist that is used to determine the top artists? If it's total plays I'm going to leave "Gorgoroth Radio" playing every night when I go to sleep just so people will get the wrong impression of MeFites.

synaesthetichaze I believe it's the number of users listening to a band that puts it in the Top Artists list, not necessarily the number of plays... so, try as I might, For Against & My Dad Is Dead aren't making it on the list any time soon.

mdn42 With a group it's what's least hated that makes the top of a list (though I think I have one beatles track in my entire iTunes). I'm more disturbed by Wilco & Spoon being so high up there. Still, about half the bands in our top artists list are approved (TM) by me, which in a your favorite band sucks world isn't bad...
