Fenriz (born Leif Nagell on November 28, 1971), later changed to Gylve Fenris Nagell, is best known as the drummer and lyricist for the two-piece Norwegian black metal band Darkthrone. However, he is a prolific musician who has been involved in a wide array of bands, solo efforts, and side projects spanning a variety of musical genres.

    I agree with Ishora and Flishli......FOAD and DT/BF are both very good albums. You just have to open your mind to their new sound of 'black metal'.

    He also recorded the song Mirror Soul Jesus with Satyr, Phil Anselmo, Kiljoy and Maniac for the project Eibon, that was aborted after the recording of this song. He is a very talented musicist by the way. :)
