Fey is considered an outstanding figure of pop music in Mexico, Spain, Latin America and the United States. She has received several Gold and Platinum Records, and she holds the record for a female artist in the National Auditorium of Mexico, where she gathered more than 100 thousand persons in 10 consecutive presentations. She has sold more than 6 million records in the American Continent, and has received national and international awards. The Billboard Award to the Best Female Artist was presented to Fey for remaining more than 50 consecutive weeks among the most sold records in the United States.

Siempre me ha parecido hermosa, y su voz es aún más bella. Siempre me habían dicho que Vértigo es una gran álbum y no me había dado la oportunidad de escucharlo y ahora que lo hice, de verdad que no puedo dejar de escucharlo, creo que sin miedo a equivocarme es el mejor disco que Fey ha hecho.
