Ban or dismiss idea

I know we already have the option to ban tracks as they play and in recommendations
to dismiss artists. However a thought came to me or rather I am suggesting a purloin
of a feature that jango has, and that is when you give a thumbs down to an artist/track you can also opt to not have any other plays from that artist again.
