The Mansion Festival 2011

This October Bank Holiday Weekend will see Ireland’s first 4000 capacity weather proof weekender take place at Fairways Hotel Complex, Dundalk Co Louth. The Mansion Festival will play host to top international and home grown DJ’s performing in the intimate surroundings of Fairways Hotel Complex.


Mansion’s indoor festival concept is perfect for those who want to experience two days of festival fun but also enjoy their creature comforts like a bed, their own bathroom and power sockets. It also lends itself superbly to the Irish weather as everybody knows leaking tents, bivouacs and sketchy bits of tarpaulin on sticks are for boy scouts and men on the run.

Expect two amazing days set to the soundtrack of the wildest talents in quality independent electronic music. The Mansion Weekender is held in a self-contained Hotel complex and houses three indoor arenas powered by a lunatic battery of sound, light, visual and laser systems. It promises to be the biggest and best indoor boutique style festival that Ireland has ever seen.

This will be the first of many Mansion Weekenders, with plans for two events per year in Fairways, one summer one winter.
