Fri 17 Feb – Sleigh Bells, Black Bananas, Wet Witch
Awesome show, this was my third time seeing Sleigh Bells live (the other 2 were both in Asheville, North Carolina - once at Moogfest 2010 and the second at the Orange Peel with CSS as their opener in May 2011)
Everytime I've seen Sleigh Bells, it was literally one of the most fun concerts I've ever been to in my entire life. I always try to get in the crowd right in front because they're the crunkest! At this show at Terminal 5 the crowd was so crazy I almost lost my pants!!! Alexis, Derek and the new dude who's name nobody knows did a great job of keeping the crowd hype and engaged- there's never a dull moment and I never ever regret it or feel like I didn't get my moneys worth. Actually, considering how much fun I always have at Sleigh Bells shows, I think the tickets are underpriced!
